This policy describes how SalaryIncreaseCalc (https://salaryincreasecalc.com) handles information when you use the site. It is written for a static calculator site without user accounts.

Calculator inputs

Raise calculations run in your browser using JavaScript loaded with the page. Private: nothing is saved on our servers for the math itself — we do not operate a calculation API that receives your salary, raise percent, or tax rate to return a result. If you use “Copy result link,” the values live in the page URL on your device. Treat that link like any document that contains pay figures.

Server logs and hosting

Like most websites, our hosting provider may log standard request data such as IP address, user agent, date/time, and the URL requested. Those logs are used for security, debugging, and traffic measurement. Retention depends on the host’s defaults unless we configure a shorter period.

Cookies and analytics

The core calculators do not require an account cookie. We may use first-party or vendor cookies if Google Analytics or similar measurement is enabled in configuration; when active, those tools can collect usage metrics such as pages viewed and approximate location derived from IP. You can use browser controls to block or delete cookies. We do not sell personal information.

Advertising (Google AdSense)

Display advertising is disabled by default on this site. If we enable Google AdSense later, Google and its partners may use cookies or similar technologies to serve and measure ads based on your visits to this and other sites. Ad slots are reserved in the layout only when an explicit site flag turns ads on; they never appear above the primary calculator or hero. A consent banner hook exists in the codebase for future activation and is not shown until advertising is enabled. Email you send us

If you email info@salaryincreasecalc.com, we receive the address and content you include so we can respond. We do not use that inbox to build marketing lists.

Children

The site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Changes

We will revise this policy when our practices change and stamp the page with an updated date. Material changes will be reflected in the “Updated” line at the top of this article.
